What if your brain’s ability to change was the most powerful tool in personal transformation?

Understanding neuroplasticity is almost like having a superpower the movie heroes have, only in this case — it’s a real one.

First, let’s debunk the idea that our brain is a rigid, unchanging organ — set in its ways, destined to decline after the golden years of childhood (and young adulthood).

I’m sure you’ve heard statements like, “You can’t teach an old dog new tricks,” right?

I know I have heard that a lot. I even believed it myself and just accepted it as true.

Well, the truth is that it’s not true.
